First of all, were the bones cooked? Had the dog digested or started digesting the bones prior to sickness? Ie Did the dog do a solid and or white poo? Were they the bones of a weightbearing nature and if so were they from an older animal? What does the vomit contain? ie any bone, other food/articles.
The reason I say this is that it could be coincidence OR inappropriate bones, either way the info will be useful for the vet to know, along with what time the bones were consumed and when the problems started.
The vets can usually (maybe not always) be able to feel for any blockages in the tummy that would prevent fluid/food being processed properly.
Hope your dog recovers fast

Sounds like your dog has a stomach obstruction. This can be caused by dogs eating bones especially rawhides or bones in large quantities. You need to take your dog to the vet asap. A stomach obstruction can lead to an infection and dehydration and your dog will be in a worse condition if this problem is left unattended.

Take the dog to the vet now. It's probably not anything too serious, but if he still can't keep anything down he really needs to go to the vet and be checked out.

My boyfriends dog went around 5 years with a bone in its stomache, until one day it eventually couldnt eat anymore, they took it to the vet and the vet said it was diabetes, so they took it to another and it had to have surgery. it almost died, so you should take it to a vet just in case. sometimes its not even noticable if the bone is still in the stomache. better to be safe then sorry.

Vet emergency. Bones are a no-no in most cases. Culd be a perforated intestine from the splinters, or just aobut anything. Must see a vet!

Take them to the vet. The bones could have splintered and caused an obstruction which would prevent them from being able to eat properly.

Get them to the vet immediately. Not all bones are good for dogs - they will splinter and cause internal damage.

you may want to take your dog to the vet! your dog may have a small peice of bone lodged in his throat or opening of the stomache! its possible that some of it could have scratched there stomache lining!
