She is about 11 years old and has a cough seems like a fur ball and doing alot of sneezing

I wouldn't take any chances with an 11-year-old dog. You should take her to the vet as soon as possible. I hope its nothing serious....

It could be an upper respiratory infection or even kennel cough. Or, on more of the serious side....due to her age, she could have congestive heart failure....or, it could be heartworm I would have your vet examine her and run some tests to be sure.

She should see a vet. This might be heart failure which is very serious. It might be a simple bronchitis (kennel cough). Hopefully it isn't her heart, but you need a vet to check her out just to make sure.

since your dog is quite old i'd take her to the vet as she is more prone to infections than a younger dog! give plenty of fluids in the mean time

Yes you should get the dog checked out especailly as her breathing seem heavier .
