I think I've heard of 10 year old masturbating.
But with kids having sex younger and younger.
I'm not surprised.

I agree with Jaztastic, I was around same age also, I didn't have an orgasm then from it, but it still made me feel good. I'm 31 now, and I still do it often. I know my body better then anyone, and it's something I do to give myself pleasure either alone or in front of my bf.
