My boyfriend decided to take off on the motorcycle this weekend, and never thought to call me and tell me that he was going anywhere. The cell was off, and he was nowhere to be found. None of his friends knew where he was, or his family.I assumed that he didn't want to be with me anymore because a responsible boyfriend would of at least dropped me a goodbye call. So, I took all of his crap from my house, and put it in the garage. Well, he knew last night that I was mad at him, he mumbled it under his breath while his mom drilled him about where he was.Where he was, I can totally why he went, but why was a phone call not on his agenda? To let SOMEONE know he is okay? Now, he shut off his phone, cause I think he thinks I broke up with him, and the cell phones are in my name.I sent him a text saying that he needs to let me know what is going on, so I can figure out what to do with the phone.Does he think that I dumped him?I would hate to lose what I thought was special over miscommunication.

Misommunication? Are you serious? If you are in a relationship with someone then it is 100% inapproporiate to leave town without saying anything. The fact that he is so thoughtless sends a clear signal that he is no good. Get the cell phone out of your name and move on. He broke up with you when he left without saying anything and then made himself unavailble. It's over.

A man being scolded by his mom is obviously just to young to be accountable and in a serious relationship. There wasn't any miscommunication. He simply chose not to care about you in even the slightest, simple courteous way. He only cares about himself right now. You seem to be looking for something quite different. You are a caring person and deserve someone that reciprocates, in every way. Just a word of advice from an older person hon, don't get into the habit of financing boyfriends needs, like the cells. I have friends that have done this many times and it never turns out to their advantage. They are always being used!

Sounds like he needs space from the relationship. My advice would be to let him go for a while and give him a lot of space. Then if he wants to talk later discuss what was going on and let him know you werent intentionally breaking up. But if he is breaking up he will not call or anything anymore. You could talk to his mom and see whats up and ask about the phone. Or call the phone company and have them change the phone and turn it off. Remember the phone is still in your name so you still have the right to turn it off or stop paying.

Hang on! He might be feeling hemmed in by u and everybody else. So take his crap out of the garage before he knows about it and realize you have probably got a drama king on your hands. Good for you if you are a drama queen. Otherwise until you are ready to call it quits, you could give him a little taste of his own medicine. Shut of his phone and disappear and reappear as if nothing happened.

well, if someone moved all my stuff from the house into the garage- that would look like breakup to me. But he sounds like a douche anyway. I'd let him go anyway, if he really cared he would have some kind of desire to make things work.

The best advise I can give you is that you need to talk to him about it.
From what you write it seems that you are willing to perpetuate the miscommunication.

Good Luck.

Sounds like you are over-reacting.. calm down, call his mom, tell her to tell him to get his butt over there and explain...

in any case, this will blow over in a day or two...
