i have this chest pain in my left chest. its very mild but i want to know what it is. sometimes i just felt a finger pushing a part of my left chest. sometimes i feel the pain on my chest ribs and sometimes i feel discomfort when raising my hands. but whats constant is i felt it for weeks now.

i wanna know if its a muscle pain or not? i still have traumatic experience because of the death of my mom due to heart attack..

to those who will answer.. thank you in advance and also do pray for me.. thank you!

it isn't your heart, so relax on that score. It is most likely what doctors call intercostal irritation, take some ibuprofen and don't do any heavy lifting for at least a week.

.it sounds more like a muscle issue c/o having it for weeks but i would call your Dr or go to the ER. chest pain is nothing to take lightly. I am not a Dr nor can any one diagnose you over the computer. it could be any thing from indigestion to a heart attack. Call your Dr at the least.

I understand your anxiousness about chest pains, but from the way you're describing it, it doesn't sound like a pain from cardiac origin. It just sounds like you pulled a muscle, which can happen. If it gets worse, go to a doctor.
