Yes there are sure signs. You can tell by the way he talks to you, looks at you and how he treats you. A person who is truly in love acts differently then he or she used to act before. You should be able to notice especially if you are also in love too. Be observant. Of course, we can all make mistakes in observing for love. Ask a trusted friend what they think too. Good luck and I hope you are both in love. It's the best thing in the world when it works out.

Here's some foolproof ways:
1. He drools when he stares at you
2. He turns red in your presence
3. You often notice him adjusting his pants
4. His speech is impaired around you
What I've told my daughter? If you want to know if a guy loves you, ask him. This may come as a real shock to most young women, but guys are actually human and they have brains - just like you! Once you get them calmed down and fed, they can often be found to converse intelligently on a number of topics that would interest you also. If one of those topics is how he feels about you, the absolute best way to know for sure is to ask him.
I see this question over and over and over on these forums and it absolutely astounds me. Why can't girls simply talk to guys like normal human beings? Guys will love you all the more for breaking the ice and making the first move. After that, you won't be able to get him to shut up :-)

The keyword is sacrifice. Simple examples include
1) if your man is confronted by a friend or another woman with "you deserve better" and he gets ticked
2) if your man gives up his usual football game or other activity with the guys because he's planned a date with you
3) Your man does all sorts of things to improve himself, not just grooming but hanging around friends you have, even if he partly can't stand them, because he knows it means something to you.
4) Sexually...your man will at least at times try and give you a night where your satisfaction is completely first, he may not even get his once but you'll get yours several times.
On the other hand, simply put, he enjoys you when he's not busy doing the former.
5) Your man sticks up for only things he believes are good for both of you long-term AKA says "I don't think it's good for us". If he starts, say, refusing his own electronic sprees or your make-up sprees in order to start saving for a business, house, kids...you can pretty much bet he's looking to be with you long-term.

Yes anyone can say he loves you which is why you have to be patient. Actions always speak louder than words but the real test is asking him questions about how he feels about relationships and to be safe just date and wait and don't give up yourself life and goals for another person until you see where its going.
if a man puts you first alot and himself second then he should at least be given a chance to prove himself.
look at his interests , look at his maturity , look at his life and above all ask him lots of questions about himself and see what his answers are then compare his answers to his life.
and last of all an older more mature man is a good direction to look.

If a man loves you he will find ways to be with you all the time. And he will do everything possible to keep you his. Words can say "I love you." but everything he does will back up his words.

If you've known this person well enough to know their dos & don'ts, and they make certain exceptions for you thats one way of knowing.
I once had that question lingering in my head with my boyfriend I knew 8 years prior to us dating.
The things that he would for me that he wouldn't for anybodyelse let me know & yes anyone can say those words

picking you up on a cold night to spend only the time of the journey with you becasue you have plans and he is aware of that.
if he txts, emails you randomly just to tell you that he's thinking about you, and that he loves you.
If he acts like it, regardless of where you are and who is watching.
you can be sure if he "acts" like he loves you, becasue that is one thing a man cant fake, i assure you!
but, with the risk of sounding like a true romantic, if you love him, and he does love you... you'll just know.
True love needs no label.
