CREAMY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can cream celery soup
1 package egg noodles
vegetables of your choice

This recipe is so easy.
All you do is put your 3 chicken breasts (thawed) into a casserole dish and pour the 3 cans of soup over the top! (It's a good idea to combine all the soups together in a bowl and stir them up a little first). Then, you pop the chicken into the oven at 350°F for 35 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the vegetables of your choice the way you like them (I like to use carrots and peas, green beans and corn, or corn and carrots) and cook the egg noodles.

When the chicken is done, chop into pieces, and serve over the noodles, topping the whole thing off with vegetables.

Enjoy this 35 minute meal!

Friend has given me a very simple/easy/flavorful reciepe. Hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

6 Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 C. Mircle Whip salad dressing
3/4 C. parmesan cheese
1 T. Itailan Seasoning

Place chicken on a bakeing sheet. Mix Mircle Whip and cheese. Spread on the chicken. Sprinkle with seasoning and salt to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 min. or until done. For my own personal taste I left the salt out, the Mircle Whip was enough flavor on it's own.

I'm having a spanish style dish which is very easy.
Slice an onion and half a red pepper into a deep frying pan with a little oil. Cut chicken breasts into 2 or 3 pieces and add to pan. Sprinkle over a generous amount of paprika or chilli powder, thyme and black pepper. If you have any smoked bacon or chorizo sausage, chop some of this into the pan. Pour over 1 400g tin of chopped tomatoes, one tin of water and bring to a simmer. Throw in a couple large handfuls of rice, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until rice is cooked. Taste and add seasoning. if the liquid is too thin, add tomato puree, if too thick, add water. this is lovely with crusty bread or salad-very easy. Enjoy!

Chicken Breasts are so tasty*

Bake chicken breasts on baking sheet in 350F oven...40-45 min depending on the thickness of the breast.

You can use shake n bake, to coat the chicken before baking
or dip in a bit of egg/milk wash, then coat with bread crumbs and seasoning
or baste with bbq sauce.

you can then add mashed potatoes, or rice with veggies
or slice the chicken breast and put over ceasar salad
or slice chicken breasts and put in fajita roll up
have a chicken/veggie stir fry with rice
make home made french fries in oven to go with chicken
have hot chicken sandwiches with gravy
make into chicken fingers

Enjoy*

You could make a noodle or rice side dish. If you want something simple, go to your local grocery store and pick up Lipton noodles or rice. They come packaged in a bag type container and they have a variety of flavors. They have both rice and noodle dishes that can be made in the microwave or stove and don't take longer than ten minutes to make. One bag/container will run you about $1.50, which isn't bad.

this one?.

Easy Yummy Chicken Enchiladas

2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 anaheim chili
5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (20 ounce) package flour tortillas (burrito sized)
1 (28 ounce) can red enchilada sauce
salt
pepper

cook chicken until done. seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
cut the Anaheim chili into small chunks(*note you can use more then one if you like lots of spice).
mix the chicken, chili pieces, and cheese in a large bowl until well blended.(*you can use a Mexican mix cheese if you prefer.).
pour enough enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish to cover it.
grab a tortilla and dip one side into sauce on bottom of pan then flip it over.
grab a handful of the chicken and cheese mixture and spread out in a thin row toward the top side of the tortilla then roll.
repeat the above step until pan is full.(no need to leave space between them).
any extra cheese and chicken mixture can be poured on top of the rolled enchiladas.
pour remaining enchilada sauce over top of the enchiladas.
cover and bake at 350 for 30 min or until all the cheese is melted.

Chicken Fingers

Cut the chicken into strips.

Mix cracker or bread crumbs with seasoning of your choice. Dip the chicken pieces in melted butter or margarine, then coat with the crumb mixture and bake until done.

Marie Callendar has chicken and dumpling w/vegetables kit. It does include meat but very little. Buy the kit in the frozen food section and add your chicken breast (cut into chunks). The chicken and dumplings are good but not as good as Marie Callendar's beef stew kit.

i actually make anything and everything with chicken breasts because they're so easy to handle!

- you can cook/grill them, cut into strips and make fajitas
- you can stirfry
- pasta dishes with chicken

whatever you make, just season with some bough ready-made seasoning (ie- fajita seasoning....McCormick makes some great ones)...you can marinade it for 15 min (or longer for better flavor)...and cook it as you like.
