A credit card is essentially an agreement between you and the bank. They will loan you money under their conditions and terms. Their conditions and terms are loaded in their favor and they charge you a lot of money to borrow money from them (interest rates of 20% are not uncommon on credit cards) Remember that this is a LOAN that needs to be REPAID.

Until you prove that you are a good risk (i.e. that you repay the money that is lent to you) the amount you borrow is pretty low (maybe $1000).

You need to use credit wisely. Eventually you may want to buy a house and your credit will need to be good to get a loan to pay for a house! Plastic surgery is (generally) not using it wisely.

good luck!

If you have no credit, you may have to start with a secure credit card. This is one where you give them $500 and they give you $500 of credit.

Department store and gas cards are usually easy to get and will help in establishing credit.

if u have no credit, dont count on them giving u enough money for a surgury. credit cards are not magic. save the money, u will have to pay the cards off, anyway in the long run
