i fell asleep last night with crest white strips on, and i woke up with a sore throat and nothing on my teeth. is it any harm to your health to swallow crest white strips?

It could upset your stomach alittle. Can't imagine swallowing one without waking up though. Drink plenty of fluids, you should be fine as long as you don't make a habit of wearing them to bed and swallowing them.

yeap! i mean once probably won't do much, but there are chemicals galore on it...my teeth start hurting VERY badly when i leave my crest strips on for much longer than 30 minutes. I wouldn't worry about it unless something feels weird.

It's certainly not good for your teeth. That bleach solution isn't meant to be on that long. Once probably won't hurt but I wouldn't recommend doing it again!

Not unless is gum, with gum you could get in problems one is choking on it and the other have gum tangled all over your hair.

ONE NIGHT MAY NOT KILL YOU BUT, I WOULDN'T MAKE IT A DIET OF WHITE STRIPS BEFORE BED. IN OTHER WORDS, REMOVE THESE BEFORE BED.
