Well JC, i'll start by reminding you that a well-asked question will yield a more useful answer, and personally I'll give you a D- for question form, but nonetheless i'll try to answer the question. Preface: 21 y/o guy.
Guys when your talkig to girls on the phone what do u like to talk about???
The answer you'll probably get is "anything" or "whatever you want", but that's not terribly specific enough for me. A technique i've adopted recently is to think of something I saw in the recent day that reminded me of them, and tell them that I was thinking about them today. this yields the question, "oh really, how come?" this then leads to an explanation of what the item was and why I thought of them because of it. One thing leads to another, and even though i'm not a perfect conversationalist, I can start there and be on the phone with ANYONE for at least 10 minutes if I start with that. Let the conversation evolve and just flow. If you stem off topic, that's fine. That's the entire point of your conversation. Don't forget to get the other person talking, too!
I was reading this in a magizine.....your not bf and gf but like each other... Like guys please answer this before you hang up it said in the article most guys just say well alright or call me tom or see ya before hanging up... and it had a poll saying do u think it's weird if a girl says i love u before you do??
I had trouble understainding this question, so I'll address the punch line of whether it's okay for the girl to say "I Love You" before the guy. Of course, this is a subjective question that is more preference than morality. Personally, I feel that since saying "I Love You" is an expression of a persons' feelings, that it is of little significance who expresses them first. The guy may be too shy to admit his affection for fear of rejection, or any number of other reasons why it wouldn't be natural for the guy to say it.
Do yall like it when the girl says it first aking a move or do u think it's weird and would feel embarrased after hanging up??
finally will he be happy when he hears it??
The answer to both of these questions is "it depends". Depending on how he feels and why he didn't come forward first, he may be relieved (if he likes you back), or he may be worried (if he doesn't). Chances are he'd only be embarassed if you asked him why he didn't ask first in a condescending "you-should-have-said-something-sooner!" manner, or if he had a specific reason not to say anything (parents won't let him date, likes two girls at the same time, problems with the rumor mill, etc.).
That's my opinion, feel free to e-mail for further insight or clarification, and best of luck! =)

anytime the girl makes the first move or shows a little initaitive it's a turn on, but just not in bed.....i like to lay back and wait and see if she shows interest to start with, and i'm sure alot of other guys do too....as far as guys go, it's usually the players that are the only ones who come on strong and make the aggressive first moves....

I told my boyfriend i liked him before he did. But It's really middle schoolish to say "I love you" until your officially going out. It will mean alot more if you say it once you mean it. Plus he won't think your desperate.
Also, we talked about football, school, and our past like what we've done who we've gone out with blah blah blah. Also we had gym class together so we talked about the people in that until it wasnt so ackward and we didnt have anything to talk about.
If you REALLY want to say I love you, leave him a message saying it. Or say other things like aww your so cute, or i could see you being someone i could be with for a long time, or that your like the person i've been looking for.
Just don't think about it too much, it will help to be yourself.=]

okay it was sorta hard to understand everything you wrote so I'm just going to answer the one about girls saying I love you. I think that it all depends on how long you have been going out. I mean honestly, there is a differenace between I love you and I am in love with you. For instance I told my girlfriend that I loved her after three months. Meaning that I was willing to die for her, just like I'm willing to die for my dad or my mom cause I love them. But I wouldn't say I'm in love with you to her after three months cause my definition of I'm in love with you means that you want to marry that person and spend the rest of your life with them.
