Start off slow with walking and lifting light weights. Work your way up to the harder videos.

Usually exercise videos have one or two people that are doing the moves "low impact" you may want to try and focus on those people in the video and do the moves like they do them.

Also, its not so much as keeping up with the exercises, just do as many as you can, as safely as possible (make sure you keep the right posture/position) and move to the next exercise when they do.

You may also want to check out some beginner exercise dvd's. They are usually slower and low impact so it will be easier to keep up with!

Good Luck!

You might be buying videos that are too advanced. Start out with beginners videos. A good website to check out is http://www.collagevideo.com. They rank the videos they sell by level of difficulty.

exorcise doesnt need to come out a dvd. You can go to the park and do a fast walk for 30 min. after a month or 2 you can either increase the duration of this walk or up the speed. you'll start to notice a difference then try the dvd again and you'll built the base to keep up with the video.

Do what I do; jog daily, do sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, and buy a set of dumb bells and lift weights in a series of different ways. Then watch what you eat. DO NOT cut any foods out of your diet just reduce the amount that you eat. eat alot of fruits and vegitables, and drink alot of water. Take your current weight and divde by 8. that is how many ounces of water you should drink a day. It will make you piss alot.

dont worry about if your doing the right move and keeping up worry about keeping moving. I just throw music on and dance and throw in some random moves from aerobics but that works GREAT
