I don't know. Some people suggested lactose intolerance but I drink milk and stuff and I'm okay. I thought I could be a coeliac but I eat bread and cakes etc all the time. What's up with me? I eat breakfast and straight away I need to go to the toilet and I get bloated and everything. I know cereal contains fibre and fibre cannot be digested but should it have this effect on me?
Before I got stomach cramps but I have less cereal now and it was much worse with cornflakes than with rice krispies. I don't know. I'm worried. Soon I won't be able to eat breakfast at all and I can't function with out it. I'd be really hungry.

The symptoms you are experiencing sound like Irritable Bowel Syndrome. IBS can be tricky because it has the symptoms you are describing(plus a lot more). You have problems with eating in general, and usually there are certain trigger foods that cause it, but just eating makes the bowels go crazy. I have IBS myself and have had it for about a year and a half. I bloat and get stomach cramps every morning (your colon wakes up when you do, sometimes before hand. My best advice to you, other than seeing your doctor, is try eating something completely different. This may not always work, because you can still have an "attack" as they are called, but should help lessen them and their severity at least. You can try what I eat for breakfast everyday: 3 slices of toast and an energy bar or a banana. (If you decide to eat the banana eat slowly as it can give you cramping eating to quickly). I drink water (no coffee) with breakfast. Water helps to keep bloating and cramping to a minimum and I drink about 4 glasses of it throughout the day. This also helps. If you have any other questions feel free to ask me.
Hope this helped a little.

Lactose intolerance can build at any age, you could have developed it recently. Try Lactaid medication before you eat a bowl of cereal or drink milk, if nothing happens then you the pill is working and you are lactose intolerant. If you end up in the toilet after taking the pill then it's something else. Gotta rule out Lactose intolerance first.

That is weird.

I wouldn't rule out gluten intolerance or lactose intolerance. But it could be that you have a problem with certain additives, rather than food substances.

Now, first thing in the morning, I really do not like greasy stuff. So I seldom eat sausage. But I can eat fruit and whole grains, and drink milk, coffee, and tea just fine. You could try that, then other stuff later.

Keep a food diary: Hopefully you can narrow down the problem that way. But if that doesn't work, consider seeing a doctor.

Good luck!

Sounds like your digestive tract is messed up. Why don't you try Mona Vie? Its a 100% juice mixture with Acai as the primary ingredient. It is especially formulated for digestive problems. Many of my friends have had excellent results with it from hemorroids to acid reflux. You are supposed to take 2 ounces on an empty stomach twice a day. If you feel that Mona Vie is too pricey (approx $35 a quart) you can get Acai juice in the natural juice section of the supermarket in smaller containers by BOLTHOUSE-their brand is very good as well. Take it as soon as you get up and before dinner. Give it a week and see how much you have improved.

Prob Milk Allergy.

suggest a visit to your Prime Physician for a IgE and IgG4 FOOD Allergy Test.

Based on Results .. the LAB will give you a Custom DIET Plan to assist your FOOD Allergy Profile.

As a BTW ... FOOD Allergy can only be Addressed via DIET Elination / Restriction etc ...

so the DIET Plan is Important.

Bon Apitite

Your problem is that you are not going to a doctor, but coming to YA for a medical diagnosis. I suggest that if this is a serious problem, you go to the doctor. You never know what it could be. Maybe you have intestine cancer starting, maybe you have developed irritable bowel syndrome, the bottom line is that there could be a million and one reasons, but you are not going to find the answer here.

Why don't you try muffins or something else for breakfast? You said you had a problem with cornflakes. Could you be allergic to corn?
