If God was not bothered that all of HIs first creatures were naked, where did the two got the idea of clothes? Was it because the spiritual God was wearing clothes? Were the elohim, in fact, several clothed beings?

Maybe we should let the matter go. The poor couple have been exposed too long.

Their sin put them out of harmony with their Creator. It thereby damaged not only man's relations with God but also his relations with the rest of God's creation, including damage to man's own self, to his mind, heart, and body. It brought consequences of enormous evil upon the human race. The conduct of the human pair immediately revealed this disharmony. Their covering portions of their divinely made bodies and thereafter their attempting to hide themselves from God were clear evidences of the alienation that had taken place within their minds and hearts. (Gen. 3:7, 8) Sin thus caused them to feel guilt, anxiety, insecurity, and shame.

Sin made them feel ashamed. When the Bible said that "...their eyes were opened and they knew they wast naked...." it revealed their shame to them for sinning against God. Their idea for clothing (the fig leaves) came from their attempt to cover sin by their own works (man's first act of religion) when God had to instruct them that only the blood of something innocent had to die as a substitute for sin. This is why God made them the clothes from the goatskins. Those innocent goats' blood had to be shed for Adam and Eve's SHAME to be covered.

Although the Bible appears to be silent on this issue, I have a theory.
The forbidden tree was the KNOWLEDGE of good and evil.
Do you know what the first commandment God gave His creation was?

"Be fruitful and multiply."

This means, in modern parlance, make love and have babies.

Evil, which is Satan's way, tells us to be ashamed of our bodies because that leads to sexual reticence, which has been amplified by "the Church's" incorrect viewpoints on marital sexuality.

To be ashamed of our bodies, and cover them, denies our husband/wife the pleasure of seeing it, thus subtracting the frequency (which varies from couple to couple) of sex, which is contrary to what God wants.

I know that was kinda rambling on, but I hope it makes some sense.

When they obeyed the serpent (satan); their eyes became aware of the fact that they were now spiritually naked, it is an allegory pointing to this.

I don't know.
I am actually a practicing nudist, and I feel more comfortable without clothes, as there is no judgement by fellow nudists. I find more negative judgement from those who DO wear clothes than from the nudists.

The Adam and Eve story is a myth meant to explain the origins of humankind and why we do some of the things we do, such as feel immodest when naked.

It didn't actually happen.
