I appreciate having dinner made for me and a foot massage. Showering me with compliments also does it for me. I like shiny new cars, too, and bling is always nice. Oooh and strawberries dipped in chocolate....! I could go on and on, but I'm sure you don't have all day. ;)

the fact that you would even ask is a great way to show appreciation... respect, adoration, and remembering to tell us that you think we are gifts from wherever go a lot farther than store bought trinkets... and I'd heartily agree with Linz *wink*
