by using progressive resistance. say for instance today you can squat 100 lbs for 6 reps but your goal is 10 reps. when you can successfully squat 10 reps at 100 lbs then it's time to increase the working load by 10%.

ummm you could do wall sqats where you put your butt + back against the wall slowly slide down and hold it there for five seconds ...
or just go into a club and grid with a man
