Normal frame store or custom framing shop in izmit, turkey?

I am looking to frame a magazine that recently published an aritcle about our company. We actually made it on the front page so we would need a frame that shows the front cover and two open inside sections of a standard sized magazine.

Does anyone know of a store specalizing in frames in Izmit / Kocaeli?
