If you both have the same dad, then he's your HALF brother, not step. In that case you share some of the same genes.

If you have the same father, he isn't your step brother, he is your half brother, because you are biologically related because you have the same parent. Who knows if you will get hairy legs not. He could have them, your dad could have them, and you may not. My husband has chest hair, but no-one else in his family does. Some of it just the luck of the draw on which genes you get.

Your step brother cannot have the same dad as you. Your HALF brother would. And no, maybe the hairy legs come through his mother's side of the family.

You mean your half brother?
Anyhow you may not get legs like his. He may get that from his mothers side, not your dads side. But if anyone has very hairy legs in your family, like cousins on your dads side, or uncles, it;s possible. Just get a trimmer not a razor. You can adjust the thickness and make your leg hair look normal, just don;t shave it all off otherwise it will look a little funny.
Take Care!

Best way to find this out: look down.
Are there already lots of hair? --> you will get more of them
Are there very little hair? --> you won't get as much.
All "hairy adults" I've known as a child started to grow hair in a very young age, maybe at 9 or 10.
That you share the same dad doesn't mean automatically that you look alike. My sister and I have both biologic parents in common and we have completly different hair structure.
If the hair upsets you later very much you can get rid of them (this is always an option)

Possibly. It depends whether you inherited his gene for hairy legs.

Everything is different from person to person... Even between siblings. You "might" develop super hairy legs and again you might not..
