hello friends,i would like to start writing a journal.can you advice me on how to do it,the purpose to write a journal,what Jim rohn said about journal writing.any sort of suggestions about journal writing are welcome.if possible,can u tell me where ican get free e-books on journal,esp.by JIm rohn.

A suggestion about journals. Get a voice actuated tape recorder and spend 10-15 min. before you go to bed at night dictating your days experiences and thoughts. This is more personal as it gives you the added input of your emotions as reflected in the tone of your voice. It is also easy to access and if you don't like to write saves the effort.

i write what happened that day and ihow i feel about it. some days, i just don't write. it's also a place for random thoughts, poetry, drawings. anything to get emotions and or reflections down onto the page.
