Why the hell is it legal and yet the goverment is growing marijuana in a fenced in green house in california.Its deff not for medical puposes.If so cancer patients can just get it from there doctors.WTF is with that hahaha.

I have come to the conclusion that Marijuana is much like wiskey in the old days when the mobs had control of the booze. The Government knew a good thing when they seen it so low and behold the Government is now in the booze bisiness. The same will happen with Marijuana because just think of all those tax dollars to fatten the wallets of some politicions. They are allready taxing tobbaco to the point where soon no one will want or buy any after the smokeing generation dies off. Where will they get that tax money they are so used to getting.

Marijuana is legal under California STATE law. Doctors in California CAN and DO prescribe it for patients. The FEDERAL goverment is currently butting heads with CA state goverment about the issue.
And yet alcohol and cigarettes are legal, available to underage children, and will kill you a hell of a lot faster if used inappropriately than marijuana will. It's all politics.

I think it is illegal because the wrong person or under aged child can get a hold of it and it will do intense damage because it is a drug which which causes brain loss or damage and is not good if it gets in a wrong hand. They have it fenced for no body wont mess with it or steal it because they have it thew way they want it for it wont get out into the public or something.
