I think I slept wrong on my shoulder jamming it. During the summer it wasn't so bad when I was taking glucosamine but I stopped taking it. I think I jammed my arm again, or I need more Glucosamine, because when I lift my arm shoulder length I hear a popping - like the kid in high school who cracked his knuckles - I also feel pain. Any exersizes ? Therapy ?

Your body is trying to tell you something.The best thing that you can do is swim (if you can).You have to remember that your muscles are of no use if you do not have a strong bone structure and even your bones need "exersise".Yoga is also good,but you must get to know your body.

Therapy will do wonders for it, I have same thing from overuse and therapy helped calm it back to workable condition.Also don't be surprised if you get one side calmed down and the other shoulder acts up.
