As a pensioner I have long admired the Australians part in both WW1 and WW2 and the recorded bravery of their men and women.
I have learned more about the Australian culture as my Sister and her Husband have just spent a three month holiday there Travelling 1200 miles by air 600 by train and 2200 by car Cairns to Melbourne, on to Adelaide, up to Alice after calling at Ayers Rock then back to Cairns. With stops at major cities and othe places of interest,Both tourist attractions and placesof natural beauty. They have had nothing but kindness and helpfulness shown to them throughout. As I said ADMIREABLE

Thank you we are very proud of our diggers and that is why Anzac Day is one the most important days in Australia we get to acknowledge those brave young men that didn't return home and thank those that did.
We are also proud our hospitality and laid-back attitude I am glad you had a great time so make sure come back again you will be most welcome.
