I never seem to catch a cold or get ill. Does this mean I have a very good immune system? I've never taken vitamins.

No I never get ill. Yet my friend gets every germ going! Some people just have better immune systems for some reason.

Off work today, with chesty cough, sore throat and feeling a little down. But when I get ill, its usually the same thing that my kids have had the week before. The little blighters like to share everything they get at school!!

i'm always ill ,you must have a great immune system, mines buggered to the point my body attacks itself ,

you may have a good immune system, or you may be more careful about your hygiene, and you may take better care of yourself than many.
