Days of the week, months of the year and seasons are never capitalized in French unless they are the first word of the sentence. Other words not capitalized are nationalities when used as an adjective. "Je suis americaine," (accent on the e) means I'm american, and it's a descriptive word. Used as a noun, it's capitalized, "Je suis une Americaine" means I'm AN American. Sorry I can't help you on where to find grammar rules online.

they are not capitalized. write lundi, mardi etc...
