he gets vommiting with the pain as well as weakness, hes been suffering for overy five years noe he has been told that he has a choice of an operation to cut the part which has the narrowing but he wants a natural cure-plz can anyone help

well he may want a natural cure, but this is a physical issue, not one that can be treated with medications and the like. That obstruction has to be removed, it could also get much worse over time. Suggest he bite the bullet and get the surgery done.

There is no cure except surgery. You can search, eat vitamins, drink gallons of apple cider vinegar, or do anything else and it will not make one iota of difference. The surgery for this should not be too terrible.
