No one. It an untestable theory.
Edit* peer review is not considered a scientific test. When a theory is developed it must have a means set up to test it. Einstein Theories has controls where you can test his theory in a lab. Darwin when asked to set up a test for his theory said that if it were found that life was too complicated to have evolved then his theory would be shown to be incorrect. This was before the electron micro scope. I would say that had Darwin known just how complicated life is he would have dismissed his own theory.

Peer review. There are no alternate scientific explanations and not a single paper against the big idea in more than 80 years. It is probably the only theory that is true of.

It sounds like you need to understand the scientific process a bit more. That's what peer reviewed scientific papers that get published in scientific journals are all about.
And, on the subject of evolution.. there are millions of them from dozens of branches of science. In the scientific community, evolution is unequivocal. It's only in the religious community that people are skeptical. Being skeptical is a good thing, but the creationists have a tremendous body of evidence against them at this point.

Just as there is no one that can certify that evolution is true and correct--there is no one that can certify that creationism is correct. The basis assumption for an evolutionist must be taken on faith (surprised)--that assumption is that the chemistryt and phsyics of life are such that life can arise that processes follow what we see as natural laws. That basic assumption must be taken on faith. The creationist takes on faith that God made it all with a snap of his fingers. Since either position is based on an unprovable assumption which must be made on faith-then it is impossible to certify anything.
The biggest bruhaha is that the evolutionary theory fits the facts as are known, creationism tends to be at contradiction with those facts. However, both positions are consistant with their basis assumptions. Reality is from a logical perspective-the positions are unprovable--but one position is incorrect.

Science. Everything published about evolution is peer reviewed and if possible tested and repeated in other laboratories to confirm results. Science must always remain objective rather than subjective like religion.

Morey you need to understand scientific process a little more. A theory can be repeatably tested with consistent results. Evolution cannot be tested and is not even a theory. It is nothing more than a model that cannot be proved and never has been. Evolutionary dogma requires as much faith as creationism.
In spite of all the smoke and mirrors that evolutionists use there is not one shred of scientific PROOF for this idea.

There are millions of scientists around the world that have tested this for the last 150 years. THEY have the authority to say whether its true or not because THEY have the experience and education to say it.

Authority is meaningless.
You're stuck being religious, and that's not how to answer questions about the nature of the universe.

Science. There is no other theory other then evolution. When you have a well supported theory, and no other theories exist, it sort of ends up being a pretty good answer.

I already gave you this answer:

The ones that are replicated time and again are the correct and true.
2+2=4 everywhere in the universe. It doesn't need you to validate it.
