This is a foolish question. If there is an omniscient god, he would by definition have to know of the existence of people who declare themselves atheists. It wouldn't be a matter of belief at all, it would be specific and certain knowledge.
This is independent of whether atheists are correct or not. The fact that some people explicitly declare themselves atheist means they exist.

But if Atheists don't believe in a god, does that mean that gods don't exist?

Absolutely right! If you've read "Does God Believe In Atheists" by John Blanchard you have seen that even atheists have a faith and belief system. After all which God is it they don't believe in if none exist?

Uhm--the God I worship knows all--that would include those who are atheists. I think the atheists of the world are all alive and well in their own beliefs.

That's ignorant. (I'm not calling you ignorant, I'm saying whoever came up with that statement is ignorant.) Atheists exist. Just because their beliefs don't coincide with what God would hope for them to believe doesn't make them not exist.

If I don't believe in trains can I take a nap on some railroad tracks? They exist, just as everyone exists, because God created them. God knows everything so that He doesn't have to rely on faith in something to know it is there. We by our limited knowledge have to trust in God to believe that He exists.

Since God can do anything, He can make a Rock so big that He cannot lift it. But since He is God, He can do anything; then He can lift the Rock. But since He is God, He can do anything; so He can make a Rock so big...
See how it all makes perfect sense?
