"Fat burners" can be very dangerous. However, clinical trials have demonstrated that Alli, which prevents the body from absorbing excess fat from food, is effective with diet and exercise. Alli has some very unpleasant side-effects, and you should certainly discuss it with a doctor or nutritionist before you start taking any weight-loss supplement.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I agree with Michael, they do not work. The best way to burn fat is to eat less calories than you burn in a day.

You do this by avoiding sugar, high fat content foods and by exercising three times per week.

You should lose about 5 pounds per month.

This is the only healthy way to lose weight.
