My wife and I recently went to Monte Berico here in Italy, we went into the church and walked around. As we were walking around there were little statues in the wall. The first was a nun or a "saint" the people touched it like they got some feeling from it and made the cross sign. Than we walked some more, and of course there was mary, and they did the same thing. Now many of you claim that you don't worship mary or partake in idolatry but your origins do. Maybe the states have watered your religion down to hide the truth? Or maybe they did it to attract more people? But what I am saying is how can you sit there and deny these things when it's happening here in Italy, the HQ of catholicsm. Everywhere I go I see statues of mary, why not Jesus? Dare someone put up a statue or picture of Jesus, mary would have to be in it too. So why don't you just admit it that you worship mary?

Thank you santras, yes not all catholics might do this. But it's the fact that it's taught here, and in other countries. But not in the United States? Well maybe not as much but it's openly done over here.

Well you see they have statues and pictures of mary more than anybody. Plus they stayed longer at mary.

Bravo! Very good!

You may not have known this, but the first Pope's "holy symbols" for office were that of the Roman gods, and he "consecrated" all the officers in his army under these symbols during battle, claiming "God told me to do so". Later on, he then fabricated a brand new location for the "ressurection of Christ" at a local Temple of Venus - and moved all worship and prayer to there.

The worship of Mary is part of an extension of the worship of Venus since early Christian times, but the influence was extended from France where the reincarnation of Mary's mother ruled the hearts and minds of the people for many generations, and into today, where the reincarnation of Mary herself has supposedly appeared several times within just the past 200 years.

Why Mary is so widely worshipped all the time is that for some reason miracles seem to happen when people gather to worship Mary. The level of the numbers of miracles happening are more with worshipping Mary than worshipping Jesus or God or any other saint or angel - so there is an ever growing following of the faithful to Mary - you believe what you can see and measure.

So although they may say "dont worship idols" they have done so from the very beginning, continue to do so today with the biggest fraud of them all - the "Pope", and will continue to do so in the future.

Luckily a few people, like you and me, have "seen the light" more so than any others, and continue to fight an uphill battle against blind fanaticism. It would be nice if people would read their own religious texts and not just follow the lip service and words of others, but think for themselves for once.
