I'm still critiquing the plan!!!!!

All of them, depending on the situation.
The most nasty thing is to think you are into a team, or you fight for it and _ you finally have to execute an end.
Else, there is no problem, roles may be changed during the job _ The titles aren't so important. Everything is about the goals and the way you spend your life to them, I suppose.

And sometimes, the good times, you cannot and you should not renounce to them - your goals. Keep working!

Both planning and executing, i shall say...The critiquing and post-mortem will be held next year. New year is too soon a day...so on my birthday next year then. I believe that a yearly assessment is healthy for self-development and growth. ;-)

I would have to say "all of the above"!! Depends on which goal youre talking about! U should also add "changing" onto your question. Cuz thats another thing Im doing....."changing" some of my goals....

I guess i;m doing all three also; as i still need to find a better house to live and go back to college for a while ; but i have lots of time hopefully to get everything done; and more.
