does anyone have any tips for not gaining that inevitable weight. i go the gym and generally try to eat healthy, but my pants still feel like they're getting tighter.

During the cooler months, I tend to be less active and indoors more often. An extra 30 minutes on the treadmill three or four times a week helps to keep winter weight down.
