The place has to be quiet, no racism, simple life and no traffic.
An internet connection would be good.

Odd question. Define "safe"? You could probably find a nice quite spot in the middle of Montana where you'd never be victimized by another human but possibly attacked by a bear. In some big city you might be more likely to get mugged or hit by a stray bullet but you'd be close to the best hospitals.

I have to ask-- what is it with "racism" and you young people? I mean, I don't like it either but as a white guy, I rarely think about it. A lot of people around me are what you'd call "racist" but it really doesn't affect me. I'm more bothered if they don't keep the lawns neat.

You might have a better time finding a place with a simple life and no traffic, but trying to avoid racism altogether's a losing battle. Racist individuals can be anywhere, but that doesn't mean they'll affect your life.

The coastal areas are over populated and crime ridden, go where these cowardly people find it unpeasant, like a dull quiet small town in the iterior, away from earth quakes and tornadoes. there are no 100% safe places, but you can cut the odds.
