Hotels are allowed to serve alchol to residents 24 hours a day, whether in a bar or with the mini bar, so long as they obay the terms of their license (such as serving people under 18)
However, that doesnt mean that they have to serve alcohol 24 hours a day. Its their business and they can run it how they want to.
Its the same with any other bar in town when they close. Some decided to apply for long license hours, some didnt - there was no requirement on them to do either, its up to the owner of the business to decide.

It is up to the manager/owner entirely. The manager reserves the right to refuse to serve, or close the bar at his/her discretion. There is no law regarding this, but a hotel can also serve alcohol to their GUESTS 2hrs a day without the need for a special licence. But they dont have to continue serving, because if they did, I'd never get home from work!!!!

If the hotel bar closing is a problem, then the person offended should consider going to a place where the bars never close...LAS VEGAS!

The owner of a business can close when ever they want. Bars are bound by law to not serve anyone they feel is intoxicated.

Just because your a guest does'nt mean that the bar will stay open just to service you.
They have to comply with whichever license they have - you have nothing to do with it

A bar can refuse to serve anyone at any time ..mamanagement descion. They are not allowed to serve someone clearly intoxicated. Also depends on licencse type

it's up to their discretion as to who & when they serve. If there are only one or two people in a bar it would seem uneconomical to stay open

Absolutely. Any establishment can refuse to serve any guest if he or she becomes drunk.

please, If I have to get up at 6am in the morning to clean the toilets and rooms, then clean the pool area at 2pm and serve bar till the last guest goes to bed the least you can do is go to bed before 3am..thanks
