go running, jogging, do some physical activity. i have mild anxiety problems too, and that works a treat for my anxiousness (and my legs and abs, i can see the muscles kind of coming up! yay!) listen to music that makes you really happy, the tempo, rythm, whatever makes you feel like your at their concert or at a party. (aerosmith is good...)
Yoga, mediation, take 15 mins outta your day to lie on the floor and allow every part of your body to melt melt melt into it. focus on individual parts, and then your whole body, your mind will go somewhere good. dont eat fatty fast food, it lowers your mood, drink green tea and have lots of fruits and veges. with school, have calendars on your wall so every thing is clearly planned out an d looks obvious, its motivation.

Do you know what triggers it? I've had anxiety problems for quite awhile. I've learned you can't let others bother you. You're in school and that's stress enough. I know it's hard but you have to ignore the usual pressures school presents. Take deep breaths. Do what you need to do. Do your best and don't worry what anyone else thinks but you. Try not to worry in general. Things have a way of working out. Everytime you can make yourself do something it's a step up.

i don't recommend drugs because of the fact it won't remedy your situation, basically suppress it so it could come out in yet another style, possibly in a technique happening interior of your physique which you will not notice until eventually that's basically too late. As for rigidity assaults, I had an acquaintance who grow to be interior a similar difficulty. i did not help her because of the fact she refused help, yet I even have some unusual the right thank you to tackle this. interestingly there are not any super problems on your existence, yet i'm basically assuming from the "be bothered by assaults of rigidity for no obvious reason" quote. it may be effectual which you would be able to seek for an hazard the place you are able to concentration on different individuals in 0.33 worldwide worldwide places, possibly volunteering to distribute malaria alleviation or nutrition, even. once you're coping with a real disaster, each now and then those issues take the backdrop and go away you on my own. on the different hand, tension can mount bigger and you will finally end up worse off, yet I doubt this.

Yes, do a short fast, like at least 3 days. This should get your head screwed back on.
I suggest doing the Master Cleanse - obviously your brain is unable to react to anything properly since it is bogged down with what is going on within, much less outside stimuli.
Get back in control of yourself. Try some form of meditation, yoga is good too.

You should talk to your doctor, it sounds like your medication might not be working.
One way to try and reduce anxiety is just to keep focusing on one thing at a time, like instead of thinking about spending the day at school, concentrate on each step, like getting up, getting dressed etc etc. I've found that works for me sometimes.

you want xanax. trust me. i was so spaztic i would shut down. like being on the bus having aniety attacks i would literally pass out. they can check the doses with you and you'll feel a little hazy at first but then you will be completly happy with the results. small problem though, they wont perscribe it for long term. tell your doctor the symptoms see if it is aniety then you can work out a long lastting plan with them.

You should go back to your doctor and tell her/him exactly how you are feeling. There is really no need for you to be going through this. Changing your medication and getting some counseling can and will help you but you gotta go!
Good luck!

Talk to your doctor again. You are already on medication but it didn´t help so far.Not such a good idea to try something stronger before consulting your doc again.Perhaps some counseling might help.

Try a breathing exercise when you feel you are getting stressed. That may work. Also, you may want to try hypnosis, it takes you to a happy place and all you have to do is place yourself there and out of a stressful situation.
