Here are the things that have me worried about my dog.

1) He is not monogomous.
2) He has "special relationships" with other male dogs.
3) At the Park, he goes around sniffing other dogs behinds.

What can I do to prevent him from being so un-Christianlike? He's acting like a liberal!

Serious answers only please. Thanks!

Don't worry. That is not deviant behavior for a dog.

Worry if you start following his example and start sniffing other dogs' behinds or people's behinds for that matter.

Ask you wife or friend to check up on you so that you don't uncontrollably start doing these things. The behavior is so catching you know. You might already be doing this without knowing it?

The R&S people are seriously worried for your welfare and seriously hope that you seriously consider this counsel to be as moribund as it deserves.

He must be born again!

On a second thought. I think that the Bible says that the dogs won't make it into Heaven... So find yourself a preacher to take care of your dog...

Revelation 22:15
Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood* (*all preachers!).

Jeremiah 6:13 (NIV) "From the least to the greatest, all are greedy for gain; prophets and priests alike, ALL practice deceit."

1) Dogs, as a species, are not monogamous
2) That's one of the ways they show dominance over other males
3) This is normal canine behaviour.

Basically, your dog is not human, he's a dog. You shouldn't try to anthropomorphise him like this, he really doesn't understand all of the things you're trying to enforce upon him.

All of these problems will be solved if you confine your dog to a cage. If you'd like, you could spend 3 hours every night reading Bible Stories to your dog - I am sure he would appreciate it.

PS - Give you dog one of those Cone shaped protectors so he can't lick himself either.

dogs can not read the bible and they act on instinct. if your this fanatical about religion, i suggest you find a new home for your dog. accepting animals and humans for who they are is loving. you may benefit from psycho therapy. isn't being Christian about being a loving person? this is serious when i say you are mentally dis functional.

you could try to make a good Christian of him, try telling him he is bound for eternal damnation in hell if he misbehaves.
If you fail, you can try and convert him to a Muslim dog, which is very easy, you just have to make him proclaim he is a Muslim dog several times, in Arabic of course, but nobody is going to notice if he just barks, since it sounds much the same.
Then you could make him a holy Jihad's dog, by putting a large amount of explosives on his back, and send him to kill himself with a lot of infidel dogs, not only he is going to get to heaven and find there 70 virgin bitches, but all his relatives could win heaven from his sacrifice.
If all fails you could convert him to Buddhism, Thai style, they have special receipts for dogs, with rice and herbs, and that could be heaven, if you fancy dog meat.
hope I helped you find your dog's salivation (oops, I meant salvation).

You should take him to the Confessional. In the middle ages it was common to take pets and livestock to church for blessings. In fact, many Lutheran and Catholic (and Episcopal) churches still have a once yearly "blessing of pets" (and livestock) particularly in rural areas like where I grew up.

As a breeder I can tell you your male dog is normal. Don't abuse him.
If his actions are offensive to you, replace him with a cat.
Otherwise love him for himself.
