It would be more likely that another planet had super-advanced machines that came to our planet, and could mimic cars...right?

Transformers? Yes -- if my son, the future inventor, has anything to say about it....

I read, and agree, that aliens are, but something that's a machine?
Nah, I'm too much of a snob to think anything that's not organic could exist. Maybe in a parallel universe but not this one.
