He will know he is different but will hide it behind the mask of religion. When the preacher appears and the three form the trinity; the man, the preacher and the angel of light (Lucifer), then and only then will he know his full power. Pray you do not follow any of them.

I wonder sometimes when I read some of the answers on here who people can be so clueless. I thought it was a very good question. I also gave you a star. I think that the Antichrist, may not know from the start, but I do think that by a very young age, he will come to know that he is against everything that Christ is for. He will derive great pleasure in others suffering. By a very young age, he will hate all that is good, and will already be casting his web of lies and deceit. much like modern politicians already do.

I don't think the antichrist is a person either. Take a look at what is going on with our federal goverment. Like Jorge said "The antichrist represents the powerful who act against Jesus's teachings (ie many polticians, warriors and capitalists)."

On a serious note, rather than the Bush haters....
The Anti-Christ may not know from birth, but I do believe he will know from an early age. The human body was made for God, and to prepare a man to defy God to the utmost...that takes preparation. I think that he will be decieved to a point, in that he won't know completely what he is doing, maybe thinking he is in fact rescuing the world (as Satan would decieve him), but he will eventually defy God. You can see how this would progress...."Anti-Christ" thinks Satan is god, Satan decieves anti-christ into fighting God, and the anti-christ thinks he has defeated God in some way then declares himself a god. He will have power, and not normal power. He will be killed an ressurrected, be able to call fire down...among other things. So he will seem to be an actual god.
In conclusion-he is a human after all. He has a choice. He will want to do what he is going to do, or Satan would have no chance whatsoever.

There is no one anti christ. Even in the days of the apostles there were antichrists as spoken of in the Bible. An antiChrist is anyone who opposes God, his son Jesus and his true followers.

I think he will know where his power is comming from, but I do not think he will know he is Antichrist. I think he will believe he is a prophet of Satan, not a god until after he is killed and resurrected.

Are you kidding? George Bush doesn't know how to tie his shoes. Do you think he truly realizes he's the anti-Christ?
