Don't quit! That would be the most simple thing to do, but u can't be sure that the same situation won't occur on your next job.
Like I coordinate and sort of "control" the work of about 22 managers, and I'm the youngest (some of them are 10-15 years older than I am). How to make it work? U need to gain respect. The only way to achieve this is to prove them that u r high-professional regardless of your age.

When I first saw your question posted, my immediate reaction was 'run with it'. After reading the additional info. I'm thinking 'run away'.

If that is the overall corporate culture when it relates to you, you are going to have a hard time changing them. If it were one person, it may have gone away all on its own. But if this is a group activity, you may want to look for another job.

Can you say sexual harrassment? You might subtly mention it to them. Tell them you find their remarks insulting and demeaning. You don't have to put up with it. Let your supervisor know, written statement for your file. Ridiculous for older people to treat younger people with disrespect.

good luck
