A new car loses 30% of its value once one drives off the dealership lot and Kias have the worst resale value in the world. Many people are buying second hand cars because the first owner took the brunt of the depreciation.

Man are you crazy? Why buy a new car and then want to trade it a month later? Yaris is the bottom model from Toyota, so no surprise they only offered you 10G for your car. Poster #1 is right, new cars can depreciate as much as 25% in the 1st year, but you only have your car 1 month. Why not just sell it yourself, I'm sure you could easily get $14-15K for it or better you why not just enjoy it and screw the crappy Yaris? If you want to sell though, take it to Carmax they buy cars outright.
