Canon DC210 camcorder.
We had a disc inside the camera which had movies and still pictures, which we hadn't taken out till it was full.

Husband went to use it yesterday and it said "unable to recognize recordable disc."

Put disc in computer and computer kept saying insert disc into drive. It was in there.
Put disc into Sony DVD system for the TV, would not read it.
Put disc into PS2 and same thing.

Put it back in the camera and it took about 2mins saying "reading disc", and then, unable to read.

Did we loose everything???
How do we get the pictures back?????

First thing to do is look very closely at the surface of the disc - check for fingerprints, dirt marks etc. try giving it a good clean with a soft slightly damp cloth.

Unless you finalised it in the camera it will not show on your computer or your Sony DVD system any rate.
