Newark Penn Station to the PA bus terminal .
Some stops in the Ironbound. May still stop at the Broad St. Rail Station.

You could simply take the train. New Jersey Transit and PATH both serve Newark. You can catch NJ Transit at Penn Station and PATH either in midtown (33rd street) or lower Manhattan (World Trade Center).
