HEEL BALM by far the best foot cream ever. If you suffer from cracks and really dry feet it is fantastic. You need to put in on every night though. Your feet will be really soft. Makesure you buy this brand (from Tescos, Boots, Lloyds..) or a similar but makesure it contains at least 25 % urea. This is the key.
Good Luck

I just used this the other night and was so surprised and happy with the results. Philosophy's foot cream called "Soul Owner". I slathered it on my dry heels and put on a pair of socks. The next morning they were baby soft! There are other great answers here as well.

Hallo,
If you have hard soles, you dont need to use cream directly it does not help..First buy a feet cleaning formula, you can buy it at Hortaleza outlets, just tell the sales receptionist you need the lotion for feet cleaning, then follow the instruction there. If you cant avail of it,you can do it yourself by soaking your feet to a lukewarm water with salt and citroen for 30 minutes and do it twice a week, you will notice the skin from your sole will soften. You can also use citroen or papaya ,by rubbing it often to your sole,or you can also use calamansi,,,you may also use a scrub cream first before you will use any lotion,Lotion alone does not help, have your sole a regular peel off by using citroen juice and leave, dont wash it.
What you can also do at night is apply any moisturizing cream or lotion and sleep with cotton socks.
hope this help.

Kerasal foot ointment is the best for moisturizing & helping dead skin slough off. Apply it in the evening before bed & wear cotton socks.
To speed up the process, soak your feet in a warm tub of water w/ 1 cup of whole milk & then use a foot file. You can also use a foot file after a shower. Be gentle.

There is a lotion from QVC called Pedikur. You put it on and leave it and then you scrape the hard skin off, it is very effective. If you can't get it on qvc then try Ebay.
