These always go down a treat for me.
1. Chicken wings baked for half an hour in a preheated oven on a tray. You can add garlic and oil by putting tin foil under them to save cleaning.
2. French roll cut in slices, toasted and then cover them with this mixture: grated plum tomatoes, add a little olive oil and salt and a drop of vinegar. ( you can rub garlic into the toast in you like garlic before the tomatoes spread is put on)

i have great recipes for you. if you like cream chees.
a dip that goes good with wheat crackers.
get cream cheese to room temp, put it in a small to medium bowl, chop up some jalapenos ( a blender or chopper works great, dont try to cut them they will be to big). put in bowl with cream cheese, add shredded cheeses (any yellow cheese) and mix well. it is great. makes a generous amount.
second there is wraps.
cream cheese at room temp in bowl, mix in a small can of ham (i believe its called devil ham), mix in chopped chives (in a small red container found at grocery store). mix all ingredients together. grab some flour tortillas spread mixture on tortilla roll the tortilla and slice into about an inch thick and here you go.
of course you have the velvetta dip. have more if interested.

Take thin slices of bread and cut them into halves or quarters. Spread little olive oil, put some cheese, maybe small slices of tomato and put under the grill for few minutes. (until cheese bubbles).
