My dog is shiztu and 5 months since she was born. The problem is she barks whenever I lay in the bed or floor.
Even when she is sleeping, if I lay down in my bed, she takes up and barks at me. Why she hates I lay down?

Where is she in relation to where you are laying? If she's on the bed and barks when you lay down, correct her and make her get off the bed, or don't allow her to be on the bed at all. If she's on the floor when you lay on the floor, she needs a correction as well. She is being dominate.
Don't mean to ramble, but people tend to think that because the smaller dogs are just that... smaller, they don't need training. The fact is, they are dogs and they DO need training just as any large breed.
If you haven't already, enroll your dog in a good obedience class. Make sure it's a class that YOU can attend with her, because people need more training than dogs actually do. We need help to learn how to manage our dogs and be their leader. Then you can use NILF (Nothing In Life Is Free) in your daily routine, to establish your leadership roll and keep it.

Maybe she wants you NOT to lay down and play with her. Sometimes dogs like barking when you lay down because they want to play with you and NOT to let you sleep. And maybe she is thinking " Why is this person laying on my territory!?"

To me it sounds like she thinks she owns the bed and the floor. I reckon she's telling you to get off. Consult a dog behaviourilist because they'll be able to show you how to fix the problem.

It sounds like she's pushing her limits--she knows she's controlling you if you react. Dogs are like little kids--they'll do as much as they think they can get away with. Say "No" loudly and forcefully, and if that doesn't work, take a small water pistol and squirt her on the nose when she does it (keep several around the house so there's always one handy when she acts up).

just ignore her! if you get up everytime she barks and you give her Attension! then she will see it as a good thing.

Trade her in for a cat a cat doesn't care what the he!! you do or where you sleep or if you sleep! They are awesome like that!
