we know each other. but many times when we bump into each other in school, he will just switch his eyes away (look somewhere else) when he sees me coming. i realised this more than once.
i just started showing a little interest in him lately. recently, my friend made fun of me openly and embarassed me when he was around, and he knew about my feelings already.
least to my greatest fear, he didn't avoid me. instead, he seems approachable and gives a feeling like "he's alright and willing to catch my fall"..(based on some things which happen. lazy to elaborate here.)
Question is: is there likelihood that he already showed interest in me even BEFORE he knew that i like him?

You are so hooked on this guy, you're overdoing the what ifs.
He already knows you want him, so you should realize if he's not chasing it's probably a one-way street. If you can accept carrying the torch on this young relationship, you should know you're rolling the rock uphill.
I sense the only reason he likes your advances is because he likes the fact that you like him so. Otherwise, he'd do more to encourage your affections. He just doesn't. Can you handle knowing this?
Do you really want two-way love, or are you dead sure this is the only guy you'll EVER want in your whole life? Be serious. You still have about 60 years to live on average, and you probably haven't even found a career or traveled much outside your immediate area yet. There's always more guys out there. Here's hoping your heart gets what it needs.

It's quite vague how you asked your question. Is it that you are asking whether the GUY has liked you before he noticed your feelings for him?
If that's the case, then its quite likelihood that he likes you for some time already. Even before he knew your feelings.

He probably already had some interest in you. Knowing that you might have the same feelings will make him a bit more available.

if he switched his eyes away that means he was looking at you. Some blokes are really shy and cant help it. Im 42 and Im still pretty shy, especially when it comes time to make a move. Give him time, and dont be afraid to make the first move.
