Britons are among foreigners attacking Turkish troops with the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in northern Iraq, a leading British paper reported yesterday.

The report in The Sunday Times also revealed that Russians, Germans, Greeks, Iranians and Arabs are helping the organization, listed as a terrorist organization by a large majority of the international community.
The Sunday Times article, sent from the Kandil Mountains in northern Iraq, reports that several Europeans have joined forces with the PKK, citing PKK members. "At least three Britons were in the PKK's 3,000-strong force, boasted one fighter as he and a group of men huddled in a room discussing the latest clashes with the Turkish army. Others include Russians, Germans, Greeks, Iranians and Arabs," the article said.

I believe those (mentioned) Britons,Germans and Russians are NATURALIZED citizens.(ethnic kurds) I can't imagine a Britt or a German holding a machine gun among bunch of dirty, hairy, smelly, chimpanzees trying to defend pkk lol that would be HILARIOUS.

On the other hand, lets say yes they are 100% citizen of those countries (Great Britain,Germany and Russia) still we can't blame it on the whole SOCIETY, whole COUNTRY. That is their choice whatever they want to but they will be more than sorry when they get shot behind by a pkk terrorist. And that's the Truth pkk is a back stabber.

What are you waiting for...? Its obviously an international conspiracy... Let's start a war against England, Germany and Greece...!

PS: If the Sunday times has evidence, let them show the passports of these...3 Brightons or Greeks or Germans which by the way I am sure...they are all Kurds...Are you aware how many thousands of Kurds are in Europe with a European passport? Or you think a British citizen that does not give a damn about...UK already will go up the mountains in the damn nowhere to fight for...PKK??...I am wondering why there weren't any Armenians as well? No Kurdish immigrants in Armenia?

Why on earth countries such as Germany, England or Greece that invest -h e a v i l y- in Turkey would like to destabilize Turkey? We all pay the results of this conflict already... Check the oil prices...

I am very skeptical...

To Phantom: I never accused anyone. You seem to have some issues though with others. In every country, every here and then there is a moron saying what ever comes to his mind (Peters who? I keep seeing his stupid long arguments copy pasted for a year now...). As for Ocalan, back then, PKK was not recognized as a terrorist group nowhere in Europe. Things have dramatically changed ever since and this act has been heavily criticized in Greece for its stupidity. The result? the General of Greek Navy army with a power similar to Mehmet Yaşar Büyükanıt has been dishonored and kicked out of his position. Isn't that enough? Dare to do that in Turkey...!

Don't trust whatever tabloid newspaper writes...

I can only say that any Britons that do help the PKK are not true British i.e. they are immigrants or maybe they were born here but they don't follow the British way of life and they don't like our society. They just happen to have a British passport.

They even try to destroy the country that they live in (Britain) because although they pretend it is for religious regions they are really just trouble makers who get off on causing upset and chaos

I read it, too, but the report said nothing about their ethnicity, and you know very well that ethnicity counts.

It was "Britons" that did the attack in London subway, only they were not ethnic British, they were Arabs (I think).
