After you sign up you go to MEPS to get a full check up. Its there when they test you. Id make sure you get whatever you did out of your system before signing up. Oh, and also the military does random drug testing throughout your enlistment.

When you go see a recruiter, he will ask you if you have ever used drugs as part of the prescreening test. After you agree to join, you will then see the station non-commisioned officer in charge, and he will ask you again. After that, you will be scheduled to go to a military entrance processing station (MEPS). One of the first things you do there is give a urine sample for drug screening. You don't get the results back immediately. If you test positive, you will be discharged from the delayed entry program. If your test is negative, you will ship to basic training. As soon as you arrive at basic training, you will be given another drug test. If that one comes back positive, you will be processed for administrative separation. To be safe, don't do drugs at least 45 days prior to your trip to MEPS, and never after that. While on active duty, you will be drug tested randomly and also after coming off leave (vacation).

it would desire to break your opportunities of having particular jobs interior the armed forces. reckoning on how undesirable your credit is relies upon on each little thing else. while you're making you money for a three hundred and sixty 5 days and then pass and attempt to connect which will show you how to out. yet they desire human beings without credit over unfavorable credit rankings because of the fact all human beings might desire to be eligible for a secret clearance whilst getting into the armed forces. pass and confer with a recruiter and don't say something approximately your credit and pass from there in the event that they create it up then say something. the guy who stated the optimum age is 26 is faulty the optimum age is 35.

Neither a good question nor a good attitude really. I should thinhk you'd want to go in with a clear head and a healthy disposition. The training is hard enough as it is.
