If you are referring to you were emailed a job offer for a Canadian Hotel and you live in Africa or Asia, yes it is a scam. Just delete such spam, the hotel doesn't exist, and they are just after your money. They will offer you a job and say they will take care of the paperwork, but you just have to pay that small fee..... 100% profit for them, because once they have your fee, you never hear from them again.
