Well I already know the what i will do concerning this question. But I would like to know other persons opinions and any info they may have to offer. I have been talking to him for 4 years I met him online and he has never asked me for anything. I want to see him in person as far as marrying him or anything like that he hasnt asked and just to be safe I brought it up and I told him my thoughts about it. I also told him i wasnt bringing any money. My reservations and flight are all taken care of and he has offered to pay me for half the cost of my flight or room rental which ever he can afford. So should I go. Does anyone else have this story or have they all been scammed. P.S. I have seen him and everything on cam with voice. So we both know that we are real people

Just make sure that you know the customs. How do they treat women there? Be very careful, and good luck!!! Don't jump into marriage too soon. Check the situation out. People can keep the bad side from you when they are online!!
Make him send you the money for his half before you go, or you may not get it!!

I don't know, Nigeria could be a dangerous place. Make sure you stay in a very good hotel with good security and don't walk around by yourself. Places like that often have high amounts of violent crimes, rape and kidnapping, I don't know the numbers for nigeria, but I know the kidnapping rate is high so don't go anywhere by yourself! A good looking girl walking around alone will be a certain target.
Stay in a good part of whichever city you are going to. Be careful, don't talk to strangers etc. Be safe.

Why doesnt he come here to see you? It would be the gentlemanly thing of him to come to the woman he loves... he should come into your comfort zone
