Aveeno is amazing! I wouldn't use any other product. Although Aveeno can be a bit expensive.
Other good options that are slightly cheaper would be Olay and Neutragena. I've used those before and they work well.

The best results I've ever seen are from Avon's Anew Ultimate Age Repair night cream and elixir. The only comparable formula to the Elixir is a French cream worth over $700, so the $54 price tag is hardly expensive compared to that...

but if that's a little much for your budget, I'd recommend Avon Solutions Ageless Results - its what I currently use. Try the Day and Night cream, plus the Nightly Nutrient Peel to help refresh the "dull and bland" feeling you're experiencing.

If your health insurance will cover it, Retin-A is really good for dull skin & it stimulates collagen production so the skin is plumped up. I've used it & gotten good results.

If not, then consider a product w/ retinol. RoC & Neutrogena are good brands.

I really like Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Cleansing Pads. They have a textured side & a smooth side so you can control the amount of exfoliation. The cleanser has a light, clean scent & rinses away completely.

There's actually a product that I love. It's supposed to be for men, but it doesn't really smell manly so I don't have any qualms using it. It's a bar soap so it's so much easier to remember to use than those myriad of facial lotions people want.
It's the Mary Kay face bar. As i said, for men, but disregard that. It doesn't have a scent. It reduces wrinkles and even has spf 25 in it so you don't have to worry about the sun.
