I'm not a guy, but I want to answer anyways. I said I love you to my husband when we were dating a little over 4 yrs. ago, and it totally took the pressure off of him, he was happy that I took charge of that one and broke the ice. I don't think there is anything wrong with a girl telling her bf that she loves him first, if that's how she feels, then he really should know.

It depends on the progression of the relationship. If it was just an out-of-the-blue kind of I LOVE U, it would throw me off. or if the thing was goin really good for a while and you knew it was mutual but never actually said the words, then its all good.

I love my gf for 3years, but now we get some problems, I have met some nice girl on dating site

Generally no. I might feel a little uncomfortable if we were only dating for a short time and/or I didnt have the warm fuzzies yet. Either way I'd be flattered.

No, actually.. just don't do it too soon.. make sure you are completely comfortable with him first and vice versa.. But people really should not be afraid of that? It is a good thing to be loved, yet they think it is a disease? Makes no sense to me..

I think that would freak anybody out, especially if the feeling is mutual (Love can be scary).
However, you have to do what you have to do, otherwise you will never know.

To be honest, I would not say no but I would say HELL! NO!
Having a girl to say I love you first is really flattering as long as she means what she says and not just say it for fun.
